• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the final project before deployment or public release.
• Website hosting, domain registration, third-party integrations, and external platform charges are not included unless clearly mentioned in the project agreement.
• JazInfotech focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions, but long-term maintenance and updates may require separate support plans.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification of proprietary designs, source code, or digital assets developed by JazInfotech is strictly prohibited.
• Payment terms, milestones, and delivery schedules will be finalized before project initiation and must be followed accordingly.
• JazInfotech reserves the right to pause or terminate services in cases involving misuse, policy violations, or failure to meet agreed payment obligations.
